The SANLIN® flax oilseed variety is a high-yielding and disease-resistant variety that is successfully cultivated in various climatic conditions, including the non-black soil zone of Russia. It is characterized by good yield and quality seeds, making it in demand in the agricultural industry. Thanks to its resistance to pests and adaptability to soil and climatic conditions, the variety ensures stable performance during cultivation.
The oil content of the SANLIN variety seeds averages about 42.5%, which is confirmed by studies in the Ryazan and Tula regions. The seeds contain a significant amount of valuable unsaturated fatty acids: oleic (18.3%), linoleic (65.9%), and linolenic (8.0%), which makes the oil suitable for long-term storage and meets the requirements of the food industry. Average yield in the Ryazan region reached 16.5-18.8 centners per hectare, while optimal conditions for obtaining high yield include a high level of mineral nutrition and timely sowing.
To achieve maximum productivity, it is recommended to use seeding rates of about 8 million seeds per hectare and provide sufficient mineral nutrition (nitrogen 90-120, phosphorus 60, potassium 60). The SANLIN variety is distinguished not only by high oil content but also by the stability of seed and oil quality, making it an attractive choice for flax oilseed producers focused on obtaining high-quality raw materials and oil with beneficial biological properties.
