Description TEMPLIN
Templin is an early Iceberg-type lettuce variety intended for open-ground cultivation from spring to autumn. This variety is characterized by large, flat-round and dense heads of light green color, weighing from 700 to 900 grams. The leaf rosette is semi-upright, about 35 cm high and up to 45 cm in diameter, with large, dark green, blistered and wavy-edged leaves, which give the lettuce an attractive appearance and high marketable quality.

The Templin variety is distinguished by uniform and gradual head filling, which provides an extended window for harvesting and allows to extend the harvest period. High stalk planting facilitates the harvesting process and increases plant resistance to soil diseases. Thanks to its stability and ability to retain marketable qualities for a long time even with field delay, this lettuce is ideal for reserve sowings, as well as for the fresh market and processing.

Templin has high resistance to various adverse factors, including marginal burns, necrosis and "pink ribbing". In addition, the variety is resistant to downy mildew and lettuce leaf moth, which significantly reduces the risk of diseases and increases harvest reliability. The yield of the variety reaches 5.5 kg per square meter, which makes it a profitable choice for commercial cultivation.
