Dobrodey cabbage — a late-maturing high-yield hybrid of white cabbage intended for cultivation using seedlings. The period from transplanting 40-45-day-old seedlings to harvest is between 95 and 130 days depending on growing conditions. The plant forms a powerful rosette with large leaves varying from green to dark green with a waxy coating. Heads have a rounded shape, dense structure, and weigh from 1.5 to 5 kg; inner leaves are white, juicy, and crisp with excellent taste qualities. The Dobrodey hybrid is distinguished by high resistance to main cabbage diseases, such as clubroot and Fusarium wilt, and is tolerant to thrips damage. These properties ensure harvest stability and reduce the need for intensive chemical protection. The stump is of medium length, which facilitates processing and preparation for storage. Dobrodey cabbage is versatile in application: it is suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, and long-term storage — up to 4-6 months under proper conditions. The recommended planting scheme varies from 60x60 to 70x50 cm, allowing optimization of planting density and increasing yield, reaching 10-15 kg per square meter.
