Root is grayish-white, conical, with strong tapering, length 19-30 cm, diameter 5-6 cm, weight 80-150 g. Surface covered with cells and weak lateral roots. Flesh is grayish-white. Core is pale-yellow, irregularly rounded, occupies 40-60% of root diameter. Root is fully buried in soil. Leaf rosette (15-25 leaves). Leaf is green, glossy surface. Suitable for cultivation in all regions of Ukraine.
