Pearl

Pearl — a mid-late variety, type Romanesco. Plant of medium height (60–70 cm), with an elevated rosette of leaves. Leaves of medium length, broadly elliptical, gray-green in color. Leaf tip does not curl, cross-section shape — flat. Head of medium size, round-convex shape, green in color, composed of various-sized fused flower heads, medium texture. Marketable head mass — 0.8 kg, moderately resistant to diseases. Yield — 29–31 t/ha.
