One of the key features of the Scarlet variety is its high frost resistance: the cabbage can withstand temperatures down to -18 °C. Thanks to this, harvesting can be carried out until spring, leaving plants in open ground without risk of damage. For seedling production, seeds are sown in January and transplanted into open ground in April, ensuring optimal conditions for plant growth and development.
