Reliable Czech genetics for your fields

When selecting seeds for professional red cabbage production, farmers look for consistency and resilience. The «Kali BOS» variety from the Czech breeder Moravoseed delivers exactly that. It is designed for those who manage their crops with a focus on marketability and storage longevity, ensuring that the final produce meets high quality standards.

Cultivation and field performance

In the field, «Kali BOS» shows impressive vigor and adaptability. It forms compact, dense heads that are easy to harvest and transport. One of the main advantages of this variety is its structural integrity; it is not prone to splitting, which gives growers a significant buffer when scheduling the harvest window. Proper irrigation and nutrient management are key to unlocking its full yield potential.

• Excellent head density, ensuring long-term shelf life after harvest.
• High uniformity, meaning most heads reach marketable size and shape simultaneously.
• Strong resistance to typical cabbage diseases, reducing the need for intensive chemical applications.
• Vibrant color and appealing presentation for retail markets.

For any grower looking for a balanced return on investment, «Kali BOS» is a solid choice. It combines the reliability of European breeding with the practical needs of modern agriculture. Working with Moravoseed genetics translates to fewer surprises during the season and a high-quality product that buyers will recognize immediately.
