The cabbage variety "Momentum" is a mid-early hybrid developed by American breeders of Monsanto Technology LLC. The plant is of medium height with medium-sized leaves oriented upwards, having a gray-green coloration with a waxy coating. The head is round, cream-white, finely pitted, and tender in texture. The average head weight ranges from 730 g to 1-1.2 kg, ensuring high yield up to 189 centners/ha and a marketability level of 98%.
