VISHENKA

Vishenka is a dry mix for preparing fruit jelly, created by the brand Iris. One packet yields about 500 g of aromatic and beautiful dessert. The mix consists of sugar, food-grade gelatin, citric acid (acidity regulator), natural flavoring "Cherry" and synthetic colorant E122. An antioxidant – ascorbic acid – is also present in the composition.

Preparation is simple: gradually pour the packet into 400 ml of boiled water at a temperature of 70 to 80 °C, stir thoroughly until completely dissolved, and pour into shallow molds. Then place the items in a cold place to set. In hot weather, the amount of water can be reduced so that the jelly becomes denser.

Nutritional value of the product: 380 kcal per 100 g, protein content – 8.7 g, fat – 0.04 g, carbohydrates – 86.4 g (of which sugar – 86.3 g). The product is stored in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding +25 °C and relative humidity up to 75 %. The shelf life is 12 months. Vishenka is suitable as a standalone dessert or as an ingredient for confectionery products.
