Mode of action:
Elai Super is a systemic herbicide that mainly enters the plant through leaves. Elai Super acts on the acetolactate synthase (ALS) enzyme, stopping cell division in weeds. Plant growth stops within hours after treatment. Chlorosis and necrosis of weed leaf surfaces appear within 5-7 days, and complete death occurs 2-4 weeks after herbicide application. Rainfall within 3 hours after application does not reduce efficacy, as Elai Super fully penetrates the plant within this time
