Systemic herbicide against annual and perennial grassy weeds in sugar beet, soybean, potato, flax, and vegetable crops
Packaging: 20-liter cans.
Purpose:
Post-emergence systemic herbicide for controlling annual and perennial grassy weeds in various agricultural crops.
Active ingredient: Clethodim, 120 g/L.
Formulation: Concentrate emulsion.
Mode of action:
Ergonom has systemic action, penetrating weed plants through leaves and stems, actively moving within them, concentrating at growth points, and blocking lipid synthesis.
Speed of action:
Within 1 — 2 days after application, weed growth stops. Visible symptoms of herbicide action on grassy weeds appear 3 — 5 days after application: shoot tips turn brown and die; leaves turn chlorotic. Plants die within 7 — 12 days. Rootstocks desiccate within 12 — 20 days.
Duration of protective effect:
Throughout the entire vegetation period in the absence of a second "wave" of weeds.
Spectrum of action:
Ergonom suppresses almost all species of annual grassy weeds, including self-sown cereals and corn, as well as perennial grasses, including creeping foxtail, palmate crabgrass, and others.
Phytotoxicity, crop tolerance:
The product is not phytotoxic to crops recommended for treatment.
Potential for resistance development:
No cases of resistance to the product have been identified.
Application specifics:
Minimum application rates are used when optimal application timing is followed; maximum rates are applied in cases of high weed infestation (over 300 plants/m²) or overgrown weeds. When two "waves" of weed emergence occur, split applications with minimum rates of 0.5 L/ha are possible. Application rates for annual grassy weeds: 0.8 — 1.2 L/ha; for perennial grassy weeds: 1.5 — 2 L/ha. Spraying is recommended in the morning at air temperatures up to 25 °C.
Restrictions:
Not recommended for use in private household plots or by aerial application.
Storage conditions:
In specially designated pesticide storage facilities, in hermetically sealed, undamaged factory packaging at storage temperatures from -10 °C to +20 °C.
Shelf life:
2 years (provided storage conditions are met and original factory packaging remains unopened)
