Mode of action

Granstar® Gold 75 w.p. — post-emergence systemic herbicide containing two active ingredients that rapidly (within 3 hours after application) stop cell division in sensitive weed species, thereby blocking weed growth, preventing them from competing with crops for nutrients, water, and light. Visible symptoms appear within 5-8 days, and complete weed death occurs within 10-25 days. Warm and humid weather increases herbicide efficacy, while cool and dry conditions slow it down.

Selectivity

Granstar® Gold 75 w.p. exhibits high selectivity for crop plants from the 2-3 leaf stage up to the appearance of the flag leaf, enabling crops to reach their full potential, increasing yield due to reduced weed competition, and allowing herbicide application to be delayed. The herbicide is effective at an average daily temperature of +5 °C.
