Medium-late maturing variety, obtained at Novosibirsk ZPyaOS in 1989 by crossing varieties Krasnyy Krest and Minnesota. Breeders: V.N. Sorokopudov, M.G. Konovalova. Included in the State Register of Selection Achievements approved for use in the West Siberian region in 2004.
Medium-height, compact bush. Thick, brown-red stems.
Three-lobed leaves (basal lobes weakly expressed), medium-sized, dark green. Leaf blade hairless, matte, leathery, wrinkled, nearly straight; teeth blunt and short. Leaf base straight with a small notch. Petiole dark green, long.
Flowers medium-sized, pale, saucer-shaped. Sepals medium-sized, pale, pinkish, arranged horizontally. Inflorescence long (up to 10.0 cm), stem medium thickness, straight, hairy.
Berries large (0.8-1.7 g), oval-rounded, red, closed calyx, medium-thick skin. Tart-sweet flavor, good (4.0 points). Chemical composition: total sugars — 9.9%, titratable acidity — 1.5%, ascorbic acid — 30.2 mg/100 g.
Average yield 9.4 t/ha (2.8 kg/plant at planting scheme 3 x 1 m). Affected by anthracnose up to 1.5 points, septoria up to 2.0 points. High drought and heat resistance, high winter hardiness.
Advantages of the variety: large berry size, drought resistance.
Disadvantages of the variety: slightly affected by anthracnose and septoria.
