Description Uralochka
URALOCHKA — this is a high-yielding early-maturing hybrid cucumber, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses. The fruits of this variety have a warty surface, are 8–10 cm long, possess a sweet taste and crisp texture. They have an attractive appearance and are not prone to overgrowth, making them convenient for harvesting and use.

The main advantage of the Uralochka hybrid is its stable high yield and excellent fruit flavor, which is retained both fresh and during preservation. This makes the variety versatile for various uses, including salads and winter preservation.

For successful cultivation of Uralochka cucumbers, it is recommended to sow seeds directly into the soil or grow seedlings. Seeds for seedlings are sown at the end of March to the beginning of April at a depth of 1–2 cm at a temperature of around 25 °C. Seedlings are transplanted into open ground after the threat of frost has passed. When sowing directly into the soil, seeds are planted at a depth of 1–1.5 cm, covered with plastic film, and the planting scheme is 60x15 cm. To achieve a high yield, regular watering with warm water, fertilization every two weeks, and soil weeding and loosening are required. It is important to regularly harvest the fruits, as irregular harvesting reduces overall yield.
