Fruits reach a length of 20-25 cm, a diameter of about 3.5 cm, and a weight of 150-180 g, with a smooth or slightly “warty” surface that facilitates handling during cutting. Seed chambers are dense with low moisture content, and fruit texture is firm with a tender sweet flavor and pleasant aroma, making them ideal for fresh consumption, salad preparation, as well as pickling and salting.
