SIBIRYACHOK

Cucumber Sibiryachok is an improved hybrid with high yield and excellent commercial qualities. This early-maturing variety has a short ripening period — from 35 to 45 days after germination — allowing for a fresh harvest in a short time. The fruits are bright green, 10 to 12 cm long and up to 100 g in weight, with a finely ribbed surface and white-tipped bumps, remain undamaged and retain an attractive appearance.

The hybrid exhibits high resistance to various diseases, including cladosporiosis (olive spot), false powdery mildew, cucumber mosaic, and anthracnose. It is also tolerant to unfavorable growing conditions, such as temperature fluctuations and insufficient watering, making it a reliable choice for different climatic conditions. The plant is weakly climbing, with female flower type and parthenocarpic pollination, ensuring stable fruit formation without the need for insect pollination.

Sibiryachok is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses, expanding its applicability across various agrotechnical conditions. The hybrid’s yield reaches 18–24 kg per square meter, making it profitable for both professional and hobbyist cultivation. The versatile use of the fruits allows them to be consumed fresh, preserved, or used for other culinary purposes.
