MASHA SIBIRYACHKA

Cucumber Masha Siberian represents an improved early-maturing hybrid, characterized by high yield and resistance to diseases and pests. Fruits begin to ripen as early as 40-45 days after germination, making this variety ultra-early. The plant is determinate, medium-height, and adapted to various growing conditions, including open and protected ground, with good cold tolerance.

The fruits of cucumber Masha Siberian have a dark green color with large bumps and light stripes, measuring 8-11 cm in length and 80-100 g in weight. They possess a dense, crisp flesh without bitterness, making them ideal for both fresh consumption and pickling and canning. A distinctive feature of this variety is bunch fruiting, where up to 6-7 cylindrical coriander-like fruits with bright green color and medium bumping texture form on a single node.

For successful cultivation, both seedling and direct sowing into warmed soil at 14-15°C are recommended. Seeds are planted 2-3 cm deep, with a planting scheme of 60x15 cm. During the season, regular watering with warm water, weeding, loosening, and 2-3 feedings are required. Due to its commercial qualities, resistance to major diseases, and excellent taste, the Masha Siberian variety is popular among gardeners and suitable for cultivation in various climatic conditions.
