Cucumber Parker F1

Parker F1 is an early-maturing hybrid of cucumber and cornichon, distinguished by its high reliability and versatility in use. The plant is medium-height, with a main stem length of about 1.0-1.2 meters and moderate branching. The hybrid is suitable for both open ground and polyethylene greenhouses, demonstrating resistance to high temperatures and diseases such as powdery mildew. The period from germination to the first harvest is 48-52 days, allowing for an early and stable yield. Parker F1 fruits have a cylindrical shape, 7-12 cm long and 2.5-3 cm in diameter, weighing 70-80 g. The fruits are dark green with longitudinal stripes, covered with large bumps and white spines, do not yellow or have hollows. The flesh is dense, free of bitterness and 'graininess', with excellent taste. Due to its commercial qualities, the hybrid is valued for its good storage and transportability, making it ideal for fresh consumption, pickling, and marination. For successful cultivation, it is recommended to follow a planting scheme of 30 x 70 cm and maintain optimal soil temperature for seed germination in the range of 25-30°C. The first fruit set forms above the 4-5th leaf, promoting even and abundant fruiting. Parker F1 is an excellent choice for those seeking a productive, tasty, and resilient cucumber with universal applications.
