Cucumber Malyshek — this is a fast-maturing parthenocarpic F1 hybrid, intended for cultivation in greenhouses and under temporary film coverings. The plant is strong-growing with limited lateral branching and female flower type, ensuring stable fruit set of 3-4 fruits per node. Fruits have a cylindrical shape, length from 7 to 12 cm, weight from 73 to 130 grams, dark green color with short stripes and a rough surface with black fuzz. The cucumbers have excellent taste qualities, crisp, without bitterness or hollows, making them suitable for fresh consumption as well as for pickling and salting.

Hybrid Malyshek demonstrates high yield — up to 12.5 kg per square meter, and resistance to major cucumber diseases, including cladosporiosis, powdery mildew, and false powdery mildew. The plant tolerates temperature fluctuations well, allowing cultivation under various climatic conditions. For successful cultivation, sowing seeds or transplanting 25-35-day-old seedlings is recommended starting in April, with planting density of 3-5 plants per square meter and seed burial depth of 2-3 cm. Care includes regular watering with warm water every 2-3 days and feeding once every 10 days.

Cucumber Malyshek is suitable for vertical cultivation on trellises, which helps form even and attractive fruits. Due to its characteristics and resistance, this hybrid is an excellent choice for both professional greenhouse farms and amateur cultivation in open ground or under film coverings.
