Cucumber Galit F1

The hybrid cucumber Galit F1 is an ultra-early variety that fully matures in 38-40 days. This Dutch parthenocarpic hybrid is characterized by medium fruiting capacity and high commercial quality of fruits. The plant features a powerful, moderately branched and leafy bush reaching a height of 1.5-1.7 meters. The leaves are small, dark green, slightly wrinkled, and heart-shaped. The cucumbers are cylindrical, dark green, 10-11 cm long, weighing 95-100 grams. The flesh is juicy, free of cavities and bitterness, with a slightly acidic-sweet taste, making them ideal for salads, side dishes, and canning.

F1 hybrids, including Galit, are obtained by crossing varieties with the best yield and resistance traits. They exhibit high resistance to diseases and pests, good germination, and low maintenance requirements. Such varieties are suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses or on balconies, making them universally adaptable to various growing conditions.

The seeds of cucumber Galit F1 do not produce viable seeds for further propagation, as the hybrid's positive traits are maintained only in the first generation. When selecting seeds, it is important to consider regional climatic conditions and prefer varieties that have passed state testing.
