The SCAP 202 corn hybrid belongs to the mid-early maturity group with FAO 200 and a maturation period of about 100 days. The kernels are yellow and dent-shaped, ensuring high grain quality. Plants are robust, reaching 200-210 cm in height, with good leafiness and an ear attachment height of about 1.3 meters. This hybrid is primarily intended for grain production, but can also be used for silage purposes.

SCAP 202 exhibits high resistance to lodging and tolerance to fungal diseases such as ear fumariosis and hard rust. Thanks to these characteristics, the hybrid demonstrates stable yields and reliability under various climatic conditions. Average yields in the Central Black Earth region are about 75.9 c/ha, and in the Lower Volga region — about 53.5 c/ha, with the maximum potential yield possibly exceeding 110-120 c/ha.
