The RP 214 MV corn hybrid is a mid-early variety with a vegetative period of 108 to 120 days and FAO 280. It features high potential yield, reaching 6.7 to 9.2 tons per hectare, making it an attractive choice for various climatic conditions, including both well-watered and water-stressed zones. Plants grow to a height of 240 to 270 cm and are characterized by strong stalks with wide and long leaves, promoting efficient photosynthesis and growth.

The hybrid is resistant to lodging, ensuring yield preservation under adverse weather conditions. Additionally, it exhibits resistance to gummy stem blight, stalk rot, and root rot, significantly reducing disease risks and yield losses. The plant tends to form two ears, further enhancing its productivity. Seeds have a 1000-seed mass of 310–330 grams and contain 38 to 46 kernels per row with 16–18 rows per ear.
