NPID 2598 is a medium-maturing simple hybrid corn (Zea mays L.) developed by SYNGENTA CROP PROTECTION AG. The kernels have an intermediate type, with the upper part colored yellow and the lower part yellow-orange. Anthocyanic coloring of the ear’s stalk is moderately expressed. These characteristics make the hybrid a resilient and productive choice for cultivation under various climatic conditions.
