LADOSKIY 277 AMV — a medium-early simple hybrid of corn (Zea mays L.), characterized by a tall plant height of about 270 cm and medium leaf width. The ear is cylindrical, of medium length and thickness, with 16 rows of kernels and 40 kernels per row. The kernel is dent-shaped, yellow in color, with a 1000-kernel weight of 305 g. The plant has weak anthocyanic coloring of the first leaf sheath and roots, as well as medium-colored spikelet scales. Ear attachment height reaches 96 cm, facilitating harvesting and reducing lodging risk. The hybrid LADOSKIY 277 AMV belongs to an intensive type with high heterosis effect, ensuring high yield and good water shedding. It is resistant to a range of diseases, including stalk rot, blister rust, and shows weak infection from dusty rust, bacterial disease, and ear Fusarium. Additionally, the plant is moderately damaged by corn borer, making it a reliable choice for cultivation under various conditions. Recommended planting density depends on soil moisture level: under sufficient moisture, optimal density is 65-75 thousand plants per hectare; under insufficient moisture — 55-60 thousand/ha. The hybrid is successfully used in the Central Chernozem and North Caucasus regions, showing grain yields up to 125 centners/ha, and in some cases reaching up to 140 centners/ha.
