BCOOL — this is a super-sweet mid-season hybrid of sweet corn type SH2 with a unique bicolor ear, consisting of 25% white and 75% yellow kernels. The plant reaches a height of 172-190 cm and forms two strong cylindrical ears, 18-26 cm long and 4.4-6 cm in diameter, with 12-14 evenly spaced rows of kernels. The vegetative period is approximately 72-78 days, allowing the hybrid to be successfully grown in open ground with good drought and heat resistance.
The hybrid has a high sugar content — over 24-25% — providing a pleasant sweet taste and aroma of kernels. Due to its strong immunity to most corn diseases and stress resistance, BCOOL demonstrates excellent yield performance — 30-40 thousand ears per hectare when proper cultivation techniques are followed. The seeds are treated with modern agents for protection against fungal diseases and drought, further enhancing the reliability and quality of the harvest.
BCOOL is intended for fresh consumption, marketing, and processing. Its kernels are suitable for boiling, culinary processing, and freezing, maintaining an attractive market appearance even during long-term storage and transportation. To prevent cross-pollination, it is recommended to maintain a spatial isolation of at least 300 meters from other types of corn.
