DS0336

The hybrid maize DS0336 is a simple mid-season variety with a dent kernel type and FAO 330, intended for grain production. It is characterized by early flowering and maturity, allowing effective use of agroclimatic conditions in the Polissya, Forest-Steppe, and Northern Steppe regions of Ukraine. It is recommended for cultivation on good agrofunds, including monoculture, with optimal planting density ranging from 50 to 90 thousand plants per hectare depending on growing conditions.

DS0336 has a high yield potential, reaching up to 17 tons per hectare under favorable conditions. The hybrid is characterized by very good grain moisture shedding, facilitating harvest and reducing drying costs. High drought resistance (rating 8) and resistance to common diseases make this variety a reliable choice for regions with variable climates. Remontancy and stable yields ensure consistent production even under challenging conditions.

Agronomic characteristics of the hybrid include plant height ranging from 220 to 240 cm and ear attachment height of 100-125 cm. Rows contain 28 to 44 kernels, with 16-18 rows. The 1000-kernel mass varies from 280 to 340 grams. Seed packaging is designed for 80 thousand seeds, allowing for planting planning according to recommended density. DS0336 is an efficient and resilient hybrid suitable for modern grain maize cultivation technologies.
