Recommended planting density is 65–70 thousand plants per hectare in well-watered zones and 60–65 thousand plants per hectare under water-stressed conditions. The hybrid responds well to early planting, allowing avoidance of drought periods during flowering. Seeds are treated with fungicides and insecticides, providing protection against rust, head smut, stalk and root rot.
