ELIZAR

The Elizar garlic variety is a winter-hardy, high-yield variety developed through repeated clonal selection of introduced material. During variety trials, this variety showed a yield 20% higher compared to the standard Skif variety, reaching 11.4 tons per hectare. The Elizar garlic bulbs are flat-shaped, weighing 50-60 grams, and consist of 5-7 cloves with white skin and flesh, giving them an attractive appearance and excellent taste.
