3-36 x 4-3. Cultivar developed at the All-Russian Research Institute of Lupine. Breeders: M.V. Kanshina, A.A. Astakhov, L.I. Zueva. Introduced into the State Register in 2001 for the Central Region.
Tree is weakly growing, with a wide-rounded crown of medium density, branches large, vegetative ones pointed, strongly inclined, fruiting branches round. Leaves dark green, elongated-oval, medium-sized, leaf apex pointed, base rounded, double-toothed, blade straight, flat, petiole long, medium thickness, pigmented, has 2 glands. Inflorescence has 3 flowers, large, corolla dish-shaped, petals arranged freely, white, stigma positioned at the same level as stamens, absence of toothed sepals, calyx cup-shaped, stamens and stigma long. Fruit set predominantly on one-year-old growth and fruiting branches (70%) and on flowered shoots (30%).
Fruit: average weight 5 g, maximum 6.6 g, height 21 mm, width 22 mm, thickness 20 mm, heart-shaped, narrow depression, rounded apex, fruit, flesh and juice color dark red, flesh dense, pedicel short, medium thickness. Stone egg-shaped, average weight 0.25 g, 5% of fruit weight, light brown, apex slightly pointed, base rounded, separates well from flesh. Fruit taste sweet, taste evaluation 4.7 points, dry detachment, flesh dense, slightly cracks in wet years. Fruit contains 17.5% dry matter, 17.5% sugars, 0.38% acids, 14.5 mg/100g ascorbic acid.
Cultivar of medium flowering and ripening period, enters fruiting at 4-5 years. Self-sterile. Best pollinators: Bryansk Pink, Revna, Ovstuzhenka. Moderate winter hardiness. Average yield about 50 centners/ha, maximum 100 centners/ha. After severe winters with temperatures -29 to -34°C, tree damage did not exceed 2 points, buds 40%. From spring frosts at 3-5°C, 30% of stamens died. Resistance to coccomycosis and moniliosis is good, to clasterosporiosis — moderate.
Advantages of the cultivar: restrained tree growth, large, dense-fleshed, well-transportable fruits.
