This variety was introduced in Dagestan since 1947. It is found in plantings in various regions of Dagestan.
The tree is vigorous (6.5-7.0 m), with a broad, spreading, densely foliated crown.
Fruits are large, weighing 6.8-7.3 g, broad-heart-shaped, dark red, nearly black at full ripeness, measuring 22 x 21 x 19 mm. The flesh is dark red, dense, juicy, and of excellent flavor, with a taste score of 4.9 points for fresh fruit. The juice color is intense. The stone is medium-sized, weighing 0.38 g or 5.8% of the total fruit weight, oval, with smooth ridges. Fruit storage life is 6-7 days, and transportability is good. The variety is versatile. Fruits are consumed fresh and processed, yielding high-quality compote and jam.
Annual yield is high, averaging 27.0 kg per tree or 93.0 centners per hectare. Winter hardiness of fruit buds is excellent. Fruit production begins from 5-6 years (on antipka) after planting in the orchard. Fruits are relatively resistant to damage by gray fruit rot and cherry fly. Ripening time is late — June 20 to July 5.
