UKZA kohlrabi variety is a mid-early hybrid with a round stem fruit of dark purple color and white juicy flesh. The leaf rosette is semi-erect, leaves are of medium length, dark blue-green with a waxy bloom, having medium bubble-like texture and a weakly incised edge. The petiole ranges from short to medium length and medium thickness. The weight of one stem fruit ranges from 0.3 to 1.2 kg, while the taste is excellent, similar to the core of ordinary cabbage.
