Romeo F1 cabbage is a late-maturing hybrid of cauliflower intended for long-term storage and cultivation in various regions. From planting 45-day seedlings to harvesting takes 130–140 days. The rosette consists of vertically arranged medium-sized leaves with a strong waxy coating, which have a blue-green tint and a smooth, slightly wavy edge surface. The head is round, dense, with green outer color and white inner, weighing from 3.5 to 4 kg. The taste of the cabbage differs with high qualities, which makes it attractive for consumers.

The Romeo F1 hybrid possesses resistance to fusarium wilt, which significantly increases its reliability during cultivation. The yield is 10–12 kg per square meter, which corresponds to 456–507 centners per hectare, with maximum indicators up to 636 centners under favorable conditions. The output of commercial product reaches 94%, while waste during storage is minimal. The storage period of the cabbage can reach up to 7 months, which allows using it for a long time without loss of quality.

For optimal cultivation, a planting scheme of 60x50 cm is recommended. The stalk of the cabbage is of medium length with a short inner part, which contributes to the convenience of processing and transportation.
