The heads of Green Flash cabbage have a round shape, dense structure, and dark green color with a bluish tint. Fruit weight varies from 1 to 3 kilograms depending on growing conditions and planting density. Leaves are crisp, glossy, tightly packed, and do not form voids at the cut.
