Atlant

White cabbage hybrid F1 Atlant is the result of multi-year breeding research aimed at creating a domestic variety with high taste qualities and disease resistance. The hybrid was developed based on the cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) system, which ensures high yield and suitability for mechanized cultivation in the non-black soil zone. Atlant has a medium-late maturity period and is capable of forming large heads weighing about 2.5 kg, as confirmed by trials in the Moscow region, where the yield reached 98.3–99.6 t/ha, significantly surpassing standard varieties.

The Atlant hybrid is adapted to forest zone conditions with a moderate climate and is characterized by good resistance to the main diseases of cabbage. It is suitable for long-term storage and consumption fresh, making it in demand both for industrial cultivation and personal farms. Special attention was paid during breeding to selecting parental lines with high seed-setting and flowering synchrony, which ensures yield stability and quality.
