Aster CORAL REEF

A compact accent for your flower garden

The dwarf aster 'Coral Reef' from the 'Kapris' farm is a breeding solution for those seeking a balance between aesthetics and low maintenance. Unlike tall varieties that require staking and protection from the wind, this cultivar maintains a perfect bush shape throughout the season. Standing at 20-30 cm tall, it is an essential choice for creating dense borders, framing flower beds, or container gardening.

Visual features and aesthetics

The name of the variety perfectly reflects its color palette. A blend of delicate pink and warm yellow shades creates an effect of depth and layering reminiscent of coral reefs. This color scheme visually expands small flower beds and contrasts beautifully with dark green foliage.

Advantages and cultivation tips

• Structural stability: Due to its compact size, the bush does not fall apart after rain or watering, keeping a neat appearance.
• Versatility: Ideally suited for pots, balcony boxes, and open ground.
• Ease of care: The variety does not require complex agricultural practices, making it an excellent choice for both professional landscape designers and gardening enthusiasts.

Despite its clear advantages, it is important to remember that the 'Coral Reef' aster reaches its full potential when planted in sunny, well-drained areas. In shaded conditions, the flower stalks may stretch, losing their compact habit, and the colors will become less vibrant. Vyacheslav Vasilyevich Shepelev and the 'Kapris' farm team have created a product focused on long-lasting floral arrangements that require minimal intervention during the plant's growth process.
