Versal

The tomato VERSAL is an early-maturing semi-determinate hybrid with a plant height of up to 1.5 meters. The plant is compact, allowing it to be grown both in open ground and in greenhouses without occupying much space on the plot. From germination to the start of fruiting, it takes about 95-100 days, making this variety attractive for those who value early harvests. It is recommended to form the plant into 3-4 stems and plant at a density of 3-4 plants per square meter for optimal yield. The fruits of tomato VERSAL have a cylindrical shape with a small tip and a vibrant orange color. Each fruit weighs 35-40 grams. The flesh is dense, fleshy, with two chambers and a pink-orange hue, giving them an excellent taste. Up to 13-15 fruits form in clusters, which can be harvested whole clusters, making them convenient for further processing and storage. The fruits have high storability and transportability, allowing them to retain their quality during transport and long-term storage. The hybrid VERSAL is characterized by high resistance to major tomato diseases, such as tobacco mosaic virus (ToMV), fusarium wilt, and blossom end rot. The yield of this variety is 11-12 kg per square meter in open ground and up to 15-17 kg in protected environments. Due to its characteristics, tomatoes are ideal for home canning, pickling, and freezing, and they also look great fresh on the table and in salads.
