Svyatogor

The tomato variety Svятогор is a medium-maturing, indeterminate plant with a height of about 1.5 meters. The fruits of this variety have a bright red color and a flat-round shape, characterized by dense structure and solid tomato flesh. Fruit weight ranges from 400 to 800 grams, making them particularly suitable for making tomato juice and summer salads. One plant can yield more than 10 kg of fruit, indicating high yield.

Fruit ripening occurs on day 108-117 after emergence of seedlings. Plants are recommended to be transplanted at the age of about 40 days with the first flowering cluster, forming a single stem with removal of side shoots for optimal development. Planting density in a plastic greenhouse is 3 plants per square meter. For better ventilation of the greenhouse, removal of lower leaves until the fruit cluster is allowed.

The Svятогор variety is distinguished by high resistance to a range of diseases, including tomato mosaic virus, cladosporeosis, fusarium, verticillium, and gall nematode. The fruits have good storability and transportability, ensuring high commercial output — up to 98-99%. Commercial yield reaches 29.6-35.8 kg per square meter, making this variety attractive for cultivation both in greenhouses and in open ground.
