The tomato Supernova F1 is an ultra-early, large-fruited, determinate hybrid from the French selection company Clause, distinguished by its early ripening, large fruit size, and high yield quality. The ripening period is only 57-60 days after transplanting seedlings, enabling the first mass harvest of tomatoes within less than 65 days after planting, providing an advantage in harvest timing. Plants are compact, healthy, with strong stems and dense foliage, reaching an average height of about 50 cm and forming up to 10 trusses with 4-5 tomatoes each.
The fruits of tomato Supernova F1 have a round shape with a characteristic "nose", average weight of 220-260 g, but this is not a limit. Tomatoes are characterized by a bright, saturated red color, which remains even when grown under cold conditions or in autumn. The flesh is juicy, meaty, multi-chambered, without a white core, with a very sweet taste and a slight acidity, making them ideal for fresh consumption. All fruits are uniform, dense, and aromatic, indicating the high quality of the hybrid.
The hybrid is characterized by high productivity and a prolonged fruiting period. Yield is over 100 tons per hectare, with 4-5 kg of tomatoes per plant. Tomato Supernova F1 is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. It is transportable and retains its quality well during storage. For planting on 1 hectare, 20,000 plants are sufficient, making this hybrid economically viable and attractive for both industrial and hobby cultivation.
