Summer Sun

Tomato Summer Sun F1 is an early-maturing, indeterminate hybrid selected in the Netherlands, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses. Plants are vigorous, reaching up to 2 meters in open fields and over 3 meters in greenhouse conditions. Stems are thick, leaves are potato-type, which contributes to good adaptation to various growing conditions. It is recommended to form bushes into 3-4 stems; if sufficient space is available, pinching can be omitted.

The fruits of tomato Summer Sun have a round shape and a rich golden-yellow color, glowing from within. Each fruit weighs approximately 15-20 grams. They feature a dense skin resistant to cracking, as well as juicy, sweet flesh with a honey-like flavor. These characteristics make them ideal for fresh consumption as well as for canning.

For successful cultivation, seedlings should be transplanted into fertile, neutral soil after the end of the frost period. The plant requires timely root watering, but does not tolerate high humidity. Bushes should be formed into 3-4 stems to ensure optimal yield, which is characterized by high productivity and fruit quality.
