BROWNIE

Tomato Brownie is an early, high-yielding indeterminate hybrid developed by the Turkish producer Yuksel Tohum. Fruit maturity occurs 60-70 days after transplanting seedlings or 105-115 days after sowing seeds. Plants reach a height of 1 to 1.5 meters and have a strong root system, which contributes to their resistance to diseases and stress conditions.

The fruits of Tomato Brownie have a unique burgundy-brown, almost black color with a glossy surface and pronounced ribbed texture. They are round and slightly flattened, with a strong waxy sheen, weighing on average 280 to 300 grams. Four uniform fruits form per cluster, ensuring a stable and high yield.

This tomato is versatile in use: its fruits are excellent for fresh salads and juice production, and are widely used for processing into tomato paste, ketchup, and canning. The crop is successfully grown both in open ground and in plastic or glass greenhouses, making it attractive for various agricultural production conditions.
