Snowdrop

The 'Snowdrop' tomato variety is an ultra-early and very early maturing type, characterized by high cold resistance and suitable for cultivation in open ground. The plant is compact, semi-determinate, with a plant height ranging from 40 to 80 cm depending on growing conditions. This variety is valued for its early maturity and abundant, uniform fruiting, allowing harvest before the onset of phytophthora.

The 'Snowdrop' tomato fruits have round or slightly flattened shapes, bright red color, and weigh between 80 to 150 grams. They possess a sweet taste with a rich tomato aroma, making them versatile for use. Tomatoes are suitable for fresh consumption, canning, pickling, as well as for making juice and puree.

The variety is distinguished by high yield — up to 1.6 kg per plant. It is recommended to grow using seedlings: sowing seedlings is done at the beginning of March, and transplanting into open ground is carried out in the second half of May with a spacing of 60x60 cm between plants.
