SMALL STAR

Tomato Small Star F1 is an early, low-growing cherry hybrid, specially developed for cultivation in urban farming and limited spaces. The plant is determinate, 30-40 cm tall, with dark green potato-type leaves, requiring no pruning. From germination to the first harvest, it takes 75-80 days, allowing for a quick yield. The hybrid is suitable for both open ground and greenhouse cultivation, and is perfectly adapted for container gardening, where containers of at least 2 liters are recommended.

The fruits of Tomato Small Star have a bright red color, weighing 20-25 grams, forming in clusters of 6-8 fruits, with typically 6-7 clusters per plant. The flavor is excellent, with a high sugar-acid index, making them especially attractive to consumers. The hybrid demonstrates high yield and remontancy: in experimental conditions, up to 12 harvests were recorded per plant, totaling up to 1.64 kg.

The variety shows good adaptability to various growing conditions, including shade tolerance and resistance to several diseases, such as tomato mosaic virus, fusarium and verticillium wilt, as well as gall nematodes. Fast and uniform seedlings make this hybrid suitable for beginner gardeners. The versatility of the variety allows it to be grown in both large and small pots, which is especially important under limited space and unfavorable conditions for tomatoes.
