Tomato Ryzhik is a medium-maturing determinate variety with high yield and excellent adaptability to various growing conditions. The plants are compact, 50 to 100 cm tall, with dense light-green foliage. This variety is suitable for both open ground and greenhouse cultivation, demonstrating resistance to high humidity, insufficient sunlight, and various diseases. Fruit ripening occurs 100-110 days after germination, with harvest in August. Tomato Ryzhik fruits have a bright orange color with yellow and pink stripes, round or oval shape, and weigh 110 to 200 grams. The flesh is dense, juicy, very sweet with a fruity aroma, making these tomatoes especially tasty and appealing for fresh consumption. The fruit skin is firm, ensuring good storage and long-distance transport. Up to 2 to 4 fruits form on each cluster, contributing to a high yield of up to 2.5 kg per plant. Tomato Ryzhik is versatile in use: it is used for making salads, sauces, canning, and processing into tomato products.
