The POTAPYCH tomato is a medium-late, indeterminate variety with a compact bush and shortened internodes. The plant is medium-height, reaching 140 to 180 cm, making it suitable for cultivation both in open ground with mandatory support on stakes and under temporary film covers. The compactness of the bush and the plant's growth characteristics facilitate easy care and increase yield.

The fruits of the POTAPYCH tomato have a flattened-round shape and a juicy texture, weighing between 190 to 270 grams. During ripening, the fruits change color from dark brown to dark red, indicating full maturity and readiness for consumption. The flesh is tender, juicy, and has a dessert-like flavor, containing high levels of sugars, lycopene, and other beneficial substances, making this variety especially valuable for healthy eating.

This variety is ideal for preparing aromatic fresh slices and summer salads, as well as for canning in chunks. For successful cultivation, seedlings should be sown in late February to early March, followed by transplanting when the first true leaves appear and mandatory supplemental lighting during the seedling stage. Transplanting seedlings into greenhouses should occur at the end of April with mandatory plant support and bush shaping into a single stem by removing suckers and lower leaves, as well as pinching the growth tip at the end of the growing season. The optimal planting scheme is 40x60 cm. The POTAPYCH tomato exhibits resistance to major tomato diseases, simplifying care and increasing yield stability.
