Pink Unicum F1

Tomato Pink Unicum F1 is a medium-maturing hybrid of pink color, belonging to the 'Bif' type. The plant is strong-growing, indeterminate, with moderate green mass formation. Fruits ripen 120 days after emergence of seedlings, forming small clusters of 4-6 fruits. They have medium size, weighing 230-250 grams, round shape with possible slight ribbing, smooth and glossy surface. Ripe tomatoes have a bright pink-red monochromatic hue without spots at the stem attachment, thin but dense skin that protects them from cracking. Flesh is moderately dense, juicy, and has a pleasant sweet taste.

This hybrid is characterized by high yield — up to 16.9 kg of high-quality fruits per square meter. Fruits store well and withstand transportation, which is especially important for commercial cultivation. Green tomatoes ripen quickly at room temperature. The plant demonstrates good fruit set even under stressful conditions, including high temperatures, making it a reliable choice for spring-summer rotation and short-term autumn cultivation.

Pink Unicum F1 has high resistance to a range of diseases, including tracheomycosis wilting, root rot, leaf spot of tomato (races 3 and 5), nematodes, tomato mosaic virus (strains 0-2), as well as Fusarium (races 1 and 2) and Verticillium wilt. The only condition for successful cultivation is the need for plant shaping and timely support of heavy branches.
