PARODIST

PARODIST is a new ultra-early tomato variety that matures in 80-85 days from germination to fruiting. It is intended for cultivation in open ground and under temporary plastic covers. The plant is low-growing, reaching a height of 0.4-0.5 meters, which simplifies care and harvest. The variety is distinguished by its unique fruit-setting ability under any weather conditions, ensuring a stable and uniform yield. When grown in open ground, pruning is not required, while in plastic greenhouses, it is recommended to prune the plant into three stems with 3-4 flower clusters on each.

The fruits of tomato PARODIST have a bright red color, a flat-round shape with slight ribbing, and weigh between 140 to 160 grams. They are firm, transportable, and have a good appearance, making them attractive for sale and culinary use. The variety is primarily intended for salad use, but also suits well for making sauces, ketchup, and pickles. The fruits are not prone to cracking or scalding, which improves their quality and storage life.

Tomato PARODIST belongs to determinate varieties, meaning the plants have limited growth, making them convenient for cultivation on limited areas and in container gardens. Thanks to high yield and uniform fruiting, in the middle zone of Russia, it is possible to obtain 6 to 8 kg of tomatoes per square meter by mid-July with a planting density of 3-3.2 plants per m². The variety also exhibits disease resistance, reducing the need for frequent use of protective agents and simplifying plant care.
