Tomato Neinz 2206

Focused on Crop Stability

Working with the "Heinz 2206" tomato variety from Lark Seeds Іnt., a farmer receives predictable results, which is crucial for managing supply volumes for either processing or the fresh market. The main advantage of this determinate variety is its balance. The plant does not require complex agrotechnics while demonstrating enviable resistance to common field diseases, including Verticillium and Fusarium wilt.

Field Performance and Yield

The bushes are compact, simplifying both maintenance and mechanical harvesting. With a maturation period of up to 90 days, it is easy to schedule sequential harvesting. The 80–100 gram fruits have a uniform shape and dense structure. This is a case where the harvest requires minimal sorting, as the fruits are consistently uniform.

Storage and Logistics

The biggest headache for any farmer—logistics losses—is minimized with "Heinz 2206". The firm skin and dense flesh allow the fruits to maintain their market appearance for over 30 days. This provides flexibility, allowing producers to wait for better market prices rather than rushing to sell immediately after harvest. The tomato handles long-distance shipping excellently without losing its shape or integrity in the crates.
