Tomato Mahitos F1 is an early-maturing indeterminate hybrid of Dutch selection, intended for cultivation in film and glass greenhouses, as well as in open ground in southern regions. The plant is characterized by a strong stem, a well-developed root system, and a plant height of up to 1.8-2 meters. Each plant forms 8-9 clusters with 5-6 large, round fruits, weighing on average 220-260 grams. The hybrid is distinguished by high yield — up to 10-12 kg per square meter, with a vegetation period of 60-70 days from seedling transplant.

The fruits of tomato Mahitos have a deep red color, juicy flesh, and firm skin, ensuring good transportability and long storage without cracking. The taste of the tomatoes is rich and sweet with a slight acidity, making them suitable for fresh consumption and for preparing various thermally processed dishes. The plant demonstrates uniform fruit ripening and resistance to cracking, enhancing product marketability.

The hybrid is resistant to major tomato diseases such as fusarium, verticillium, mosaic virus, and has moderate tolerance to nematodes and immunity to cladosporiosis. The crop is not afraid of rain, drought, and maintains good fruit set even during cold spells, making it low-maintenance and adaptable to various climatic conditions. For the first harvest, seedlings are transplanted at the end of January to the beginning of March, allowing the hybrid to be used for the first and second crop rotations.
