Tomato Khors

Stable Yields of Large-Fruited Tomatoes

The "Khors" tomato from the Pre-Caspian Agrarian Federal Scientific Center is the top choice for those prioritizing predictable results and commercial appeal. As an indeterminate hybrid, it requires proper plant management, but rewards you with high-quality produce that stands up perfectly to market display and long-distance shipping.

Operation and Maintenance

Working with "Khors" involves straightforward agricultural practices for indoor cultivation and plastic greenhouses. Thanks to its indeterminate growth habit, the plant makes efficient use of vertical space. Key maintenance aspects:

• Training: Staking and pruning are mandatory. The hybrid responds well to proper training into one or two stems, allowing for maximum yield efficiency per plant.
• Scheduling: A maturation cycle of 90–100 days allows for precise harvest planning. You avoid the risks of an unpredictable harvest window, which is critical for commercial scaling.
• Fruit Quality: With an average fruit weight exceeding 200 grams, "Khors" is a versatile market-ready product. The firm skin structure ensures excellent transportability, keeping transit losses to a minimum and directly improving profitability.

The fruit aesthetics—round shape with a color palette ranging from deep red to soft pink—create an attractive shelf presence. The plant shows decent resistance to typical environmental stressors, requiring only standard fertilization and irrigation schedules. "Khors" is a reliable production tool for consistently high-quality, large-sized tomato yields.
