Tomato Aligoté

Tomato Aligoté — an early-maturing indeterminate variety, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. The plant reaches a height of up to 1.4 meters, has medium-length green leaves and simple inflorescences. The tomato fruits are oval in shape, medium density, and have a slightly ribbed surface. Unripe fruits are light green, while ripe ones turn into a deep red hue. Each fruit weighs between 10 to 20 grams, corresponding to the cherry tomato category. The variety is characterized by high yield — in plastic greenhouses, it reaches 10 kg per square meter. The fruits have a pleasant taste with pronounced sweetness and minimal acidity, making them versatile for fresh consumption, canning, and garnishing salads. Fruit set is stable under various weather conditions, and the ability to harvest clusters for ripening ensures convenient harvesting and good fruit storage. Tomato Aligoté is resistant to several diseases, but requires moderate watering and regular fertilization to maintain plant health and maximum productivity. Due to its flavor and versatility, this variety is popular among gardeners and suitable for cultivation in all regions.
